FAQ

When will my order ship?

Some of our items process same day! And some can take up to two weeks or more. Generally orders ship within 2-8 business days during non-peak seasons.

We ask that you check each individual item description for details on varying processing and ship times. If you have questions or need a rush order please email info@truethreadscollective.com.

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?

Items may come in separate packages because they are from different warehouses and are shipped for optimum efficiency. 

You will receive tracking info as soon as it becomes available. Please allow 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking info to become available.

Please also be aware that COVID-19 has impacted ship times and the entire industry is grappling with changes. Please be patient as we try our best to ship orders out in a timely manner. We have no control over an item once it is processed for shipping.

We are not responsible for lost packages or entering an incorrect address at checkout.

Can I change my order? 

Please double check your order before placing it to ensure it is correct. It is very difficult to change an order and sometimes we are not able to accommodate any changes as this delays our entire operation. If you need to change an order contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help. info@truethreadscollective.com

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we have this option available. Please email info@truethreadscollective.com for our gift card option.

Do you offer returns?

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 14 days from the date your order shipped.  

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date your order shipped.  Please try your item on within 7 days and notify us as soon as possible.

Damaged/ Defective Items

This seldom happens, but in the case of a damaged or defective item, it may be returned by contacting us within 3 DAYS of delivery.

To return a damaged or defective item please email info@truethreadscollective.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY with the following:

  • the subject line: Damaged/Defective. 
  • include a photo of the damage or defect

If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. No exceptions.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • anything custom-made
  • items with personalization or monogramming
  • face masks
  • hair accessories
  • jewelry
  • items marked final sale

More Info:

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, print batches etc. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
